Made in The USA (In Chinese)
August 22, 2008
Here’s an absolutely hilarious t-shirt from WigglyPiggly.com - it speaks for itself really. I’m sure this is a sign of things to come, have I mentioned that China will be the richest country in the world within 40 years?
Probably, but it’s well worth remembering. Seeing as most of their schoolchildren are more advanced in mathematics and programming than graduates in the West, the fact they have over 1.25 billion inhabitants (and potential consumers) and about 3000 years worth of coal for the burning, I don’t think the rest of us have much chance - do we? Vote Green at District Cotton’s Eco T-Shirt Competition!
June 4, 2008
As promised this is my submission to DistrictCotton.com’s Shoot Out t-shirt design competition. I’ve posted a review of DC here, and was so impressed with their stance on ethical business I thought I’d make a contribution, and this is it. The theme for the contest is “Big City” and DC are donating 10% of all profits from the winning t-shirt (as with all their tees) to a great charity, in this case Trees Not Trash.
So help me out and vote for my t-shirt design!
American Pi T-Shirt…
May 20, 2008
At last a new Buy-Tees.net t-shirt! I’ve become so hooked on blogging and all it entails, plus with the debacle with SpreadShirt.net I’ve been forced to hold back on the tee shirt designs for a while, but even though it’s still being submitted to Spreadshirt (I’m hoping both sites will accept this one!), I’ve made sure you can buy it from both CafePress.com and RedBubble.com - the screen-printed versions should be available soon (fingers crossed :p)

Racist T-Shirts: Obama Protests - Curious George Litigation
May 17, 2008
May 17, 2008
There’s one t-shirt designer on the planet facing possible litigation like we’ve never seen before. Forget dodgy unlicensed movie and band tees, forget T-Shirt Hell, this is probably the dumbest idea anyone ever had. “I know, I will openly slur a potential Presidential candidate with racist dogma, and bring down the might of Houghton Mifflin’s legal team over copyright infringement.” A racist and incompetent in the legal ramifications of intellectual copyright, bar owner Mike Norman has been selling his wares at his bar. Judge Condones Anti-Gay T-Shirt
May 9, 2008
The final appeal for a Neuqua Valley High School student (and anti-gay protester) who wants to express his sentiments on homosexuality by wearing a “Be Happy, Not Gay” T-shirt to class has won his case on second appeal. If it was anti faith, creed, colour, or depicted a celebrity (without a license) he’d be forking out on the court fees right now. Read more
