Sick Mart Now Open!
If you’re easily offended I’d move on now… as for the rest of you social delinquents I am happy to say that ‘SickMart’, the new online store by the t-shirt crazy punks 2 Sick Bastards (yes that really is their brand name) is open for highly subversive business. 2SB are graffiti artists, screen printers, t-shirt designers and all round trouble makers and I feel somewhat relieved that at last someone has the Cahunas to knock out some quasi-intelligent smut rather than the inanely offensive crap from sites like T-Shirt Hell… These guys roll around in the gutter press like pigs in clover and I love it. They’ve been getting quite a bit of attention lately, and yes, some of it is even positive :p
They will be releasing 2 new limited edition T-shirt prints every 2 weeks in the lead up to Xmas. They’ve kick off with ‘Petrol Bombed’ and ‘Eazy Tiger’ which are available now at a ‘special’ pre-order price. All new designs are available exclusively at ‘SickMart’ in limited runs of 50 pieces each. All their tees are screen printed and available for guys at a whopping R.R.P of £29.99 each and £24.99 for the girls (although you can pay with other currencies too) – however there is a sale on so at least one of their best tees Disgraceland is available at £19.99 right now. If you’re sick of the B.S and love a anti-media showdown you’ve come to the right place!

Banksy Sculpture Vandalised by Spunky Tees Fan
You may or may not know that Banksy recently “took over” the Bristol Museum in the UK (I’m sure they welcomed him with open arms). Anyway Spunky T-Shirts have posted a rather amusing photo that one of their fans has sent in. It seems their fans are getting everywhere these days. For all those who (wrongly) argue that street art is merely vandalism, here’s an example of counter-insurgency in the graffiti scene to back up your view. Take a closer look, yes that’s a Spunky sticker, fame at last!

Anyway whilst I’m at it Spunky’s legendary sale is still on so hop over there now and take a lookie ;)
War and Peace in the World of T-Shirts
Now, I’ll warn you, this is most likely the beginning of a long saga, if not an epic of all t-shirt articles. I doubt you can really call it a review because there’s so much to tell you, so much to explain, and so many twists and turns in the story that the word ‘review’ just wouldn’t do it justice. This is the story of the birth of a new and hopefully very successful (fingers crossed) niche target t-shirt label.
Let’s start from the beginning, the very beginning. Now, if you believe in fate, hey you have to believe in something, then you’re probably not the most ardent fan of coincidence. I’m not, in this grizzled addled brain of mine I like to cling on to the small hope that perhaps some things in life have a purpose, and that on those few occasions you should grab life by both horns and wrestle it to the ground.
Now, human beings are complicated creatures, they have individual lives and emotions, each has their own perception on why we are here and what we should be doing, and that means that a lot of us will never meet and if we do we will never agree on the most fundamental precepts of existence. Sometimes that’s a good thing, it means avoiding wars and most painful experiences in life, but sometimes it can be a real shame, glancing back and realising you’ve missed a great opportunity to help (in some small way) others find their way in modern life and all that it entails.
i want to introduce you to two guys, two very different men, both have a love of t-shirts, both want to find their way in the industry, and until recently neither had any idea of the other’s existence. read more
