Freebies at Gurly Q …hmm

Erik from GurlyQ.com (hey nice name curlicue, girlyq) wanted a quick shout for their latest offer, a *free t-shirt. As I’m sure you can guess this one is for the girls, but then again who knows, there maybe a few guys out there who want to discover their feminine side via the medium of t-shirt design. Then again this could be one big dodgy con… Erik won’t come clean! I’m still awaiting his denial!

*So – to get your free t-shirt simply sign up a free account at their site… hold on… hmm… Is this a truly free t-shirt offer?

First thing’s first, my partner Christina just signed up a customer account, Gurly Q haven’t sent confirmation, and worse still they don’t mention the free offer anywhere else but the homepage! Looking closer at the offer they state (and I quote) :- “GET A FREE GURLY Q TOP. JUST REGISTER BELOW. YOU’LL GET YOUR STYLISH TOP SOON.” Soon is kind of vague, how about a week, or two weeks, or 28 days, or this year?

I contacted Erik at GurlyQ three times, the only answer I received was another request for a review, no explanation, nothing. Where are the free t-shirts Erik? Tell us now!!! I doubt Erik is actually giving away tees, if he was he’d be shouting it from the rooftops, so I’m guessing there’s either a catch, i.e buy a load of t-shirts then get a voucher or it’s a con.

I’ve given him plenty of chances to tell me otherwise, but he’s not coming up with the goods! So we’re at stalemate here. If you’ve managed to blag a freebie from Erik, do tell!
